By phone: Dial 01-55-26-88-11 (00-33-1-55-26-88-11 from abroad) or 01-55-26-80-81 for groups with more than twenty people.

 

Booking is made with one of our agents who will assist you and help you understand your needs.

 

Via the Internet by choosing the option, date and submitting your request through our website. One of our agents will then call you back to book and organize your evening out.

 

Then...

 

To confirm your reservation, you will be requested to pay either a deposit or the full amount, depending on the chosen offer and number of people. Once this is fulfilled, we will send you a booking confirmation or voucher either by mail or e-mail to be shown at the venue.

 

If charged for just a deposit, you will be asked to pay the balance at the venue, a simple and efficient way for a smooth booking and an exceptional moment out.

 

Why book with COFRASE?

 

COFRASE Tourisme's portal enables you to compare offers available for different castle visits and other tourist sites in Paris and its vicinity.

 

You will be in contact with a trained booking agent who will be able to give you some advice when ordering.

 

Our office is open seven days a week from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm on weekdays, from 9 am to 9:30 pm on Saturday and from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm on Sunday.

 

No additional charge on calls and no handling fees.

 

You can pay by credit card, check, with ANCV holiday vouchers, gift tokens, CadoResto vouchers,  via bank transfer or by cash depending on the booking deadline.
